Tune Pasta Casserole

Ingredients

  • 500g spiralli pasta
  • 2 cans tuna (preferably soaked in olive oil)
  • 150g broccoli
  • 150g celery
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

  1. Prepare the spiralli pasta as per cooking instruction. Allow to cool.
  2. Cut/Break the broccoli to small bite sizes, then blanch them in boiling water. Allow to cool.
  3. Cut the celery into small chunks/slices.
  4. Separate the tuna from the oil (you may use the oil from the tuna to season the pasta) and mash the tuna lightly with a fork.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl/deep dish. Chill in a fridge before serving.
