Ingredients
- 500g spiralli pasta
- 2 cans tuna (preferably soaked in olive oil)
- 150g broccoli
- 150g celery
- ¼ cup raisins
- 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
- Prepare the spiralli pasta as per cooking instruction. Allow to cool.
- Cut/Break the broccoli to small bite sizes, then blanch them in boiling water. Allow to cool.
- Cut the celery into small chunks/slices.
- Separate the tuna from the oil (you may use the oil from the tuna to season the pasta) and mash the tuna lightly with a fork.
- Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl/deep dish. Chill in a fridge before serving.
