Ingredients
- 1 dozan chicken wings
- 20g black peppercorns
- 200ml honey
- ¼ cup oil
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Using a mortar, crush the pepper corns until course.
- Mix everything together, you might want to consider doing this with your hands as it’s important that the marinade is properly spread out.
- Let it marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Grill the wings over the nice embers of a barbeque.
