Cordial and Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 1.5 litres lemon / lime soda (7-Up or Sprite)
  • 320ml beer
  • ½ can mixed fruits
  • 25ml sour fruit cordial (mango or orange)
  • 700ml distilled water for mixing
  • Ice

Method

  1. Mix approx. 700ml of water to approx. 25ml of cordial or follow the mixing instructions provided with the cordial. You may adjust the flavour of the cordial mix according to your taste.
  2. Place the mixed fruits into a decanter/punch bowl along with the sugar syrup (optional).
  3. Mix in the lemon/lime soda along with the cordial mix into the decanter.
  4. Add in the beer into the mixture and give it a gentle stir. Should you want a stiffer punch you may replace the beer with vodka or gin; also the beer maybe replaced with ginger ale for a non-alcoholic variant.
  5. Lastly top it off with some ice.
