Ingredients
- 8 Portobello mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Thyme (if you cant find the fresh variety, used dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Remove stalks from the mushrooms and wipe the caps clean with a damp cloth.
- Sprinkle garlic and thyme on mushroom caps and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill mushrooms on medium heat for 5 minutes.
