Grilled Portabello Mushrooms

Makes: 8

Ingredients

  • 8 Portobello mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Thyme (if you cant find the fresh variety, used dried thyme)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Remove stalks from the mushrooms and wipe the caps clean with a damp cloth.
  2. Sprinkle garlic and thyme on mushroom caps and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill mushrooms on medium heat for 5 minutes.
