Ingredients
- Paprika
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Onions
- Olive Oil
- Ginger
- Red wine (optional)
- Lemon
- 100g chicken/beef/seafood (per person)
Method
- Blend the garlic, onions and ginger. Then strain and mix the juice with paprika and pepper. Add this to olive oil (never use cooking oil) or red wine. Coat your meat/seafood with this marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Squeeze a lemon over the meat before putting it on the grill. Serve with your homemade sauce.
Food Notes
- If your meat has been sliced, then just coat it in the marinade and leave for 24 hours. If you have a chunk of meat, slice it halfway and stuff it with seasoning and rosemary. Grill, then sprinkle thyme over it just before serving. Don’t ever precook the meat in a microwave before grilling as it will dry up.
